May 13, 2009 - Because of all of the comments on the previous version of the regulation changes, the DEC made changes to the previous submittal. The new proposed Dam Regs are on the DEC website at http://www.dec.ny.gov/regulations/39559.html?showprintstyles
The revised regs cover Part 608 (5 pages), Part 621.4 (1 page) and Part 673 (20 pages).
